Strange Fortnite Glitch Causes the Drum Gun to Deal No Damage to Players or Structures
The recent V5.2 update in Fortnite: Battle Royale seems to have caused a strange glitch with the Drum Gun.
After Epic Games implemented a number of changes to the Drum Gun in the V5.2 update earlier this week, community members have reported several issues with the weapon.

It appears that in some instances, the Drum Gun does zero damage to opposing players while being fired, and may not show up as being shot at all while watching in Replay mode.
Reddit user /u/ZSNO puts the glitch on display perfectly with a side-by-side video of their in-game perspective and what is shown in the Replay.

Epic Games employee MrPopoTFS would later reply to the Reddit post by mentioning how the issue could be caused by a ‘mismatch between a hotfix that was applied and a server deploy,’ however, some users are still reporting problems.

At the time of writing, it is unclear what exactly is causing the Drum Gun glitch, and it is unknown if Epic Games plans to remove the weapon in order to make the necessary changes.
