An official press release was posted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office on August 9, which confirmed that Diaz was charged with sexually assaulting a teenager, and attacking another young woman.
According to the press release, the YouTuber was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, one count each of oral copulation of a person under the age of 18, sodomy of a person under 18, injuring a cohabitant and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime. He is also facing three misdemeanor counts of battery on a girlfriend.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is scheduled to appear in court for a bail review hearing. His bail was set at $500,000.
Prosecutor Deputy District Attorney Theodore Swanson of the Sex Crimes Division detailed how Diaz allegedly met the 16-year-old victim in 2018 and they began making videos together, before engaging in sexual activity with her and physically assaulting her on at least three separate occasions.
He also allegedly attacked another woman who lived with him, and tried to prevent her from calling the police.
In a July 11 DramaAlert video with KEEMSTAR, Diaz's ex-girlfriend of one year detailed how she was allegedly physically and mentally abused by the YouTuber. She also claimed that the 33-year-old hid her in his bed's box spring when police visited his home to look for her on July 3.
"We were running around trying to find a place for me to hide, and then he finally went into his room. He tore off his mattress really quick, cut open his box spring, slid me inside of there and then put the mattress back over his box spring." she claimed.
