After 55 hours, Twitch streamer HandicapableOne added yet another difficult game as a notch on his belt by completing Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice with just his chin.

HandicapableOne has been making a name for himself by tackling some of the hardest games on the market including Dark Souls, Cuphead, Jump King, and more.

On February 25, the rising streamer faced off against the last boss on his list, Isshin, The Sword Saint.

HandicapableOne has beaten numerous games.

The boss requires players to hit Isshin with multiple Deathblows, and is considered the most difficult adversary in the entire game.

Yet, after two hours of trying, HandicapableOne was able to down his nemesis.

“That’s right, you’re dead!” the streamer exclaimed while delivering the final blow. “Yes! GG.”

As the Immortality Served screen popped up, the Twitch streamer cracked a grin. “Let’s go,” he laughed having finally beaten the difficult title. “That was awesome.”

As Dexerto previously reported, HandicapableOne one uses special software to play games and assign keyboard keys to his PS4 controller.

The controller, as you can see in the video, is elevated to be at face-level and he controls characters with his chin.

HandicapableOne finished Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

“I have the left joystick for movement and dodging,” he said in an interview with Dexerto, noting that he also uses the D-pad and right joystick for some functions.

Now, it would seem as if HandicapableOne is setting his sights on speedrunning Dark Souls 3 in the any percent category with no major skips.

Considering the streamer’s tenacity to crush the hardest games on the market, one has to wonder if any title could keep him down.

It just goes to show that it really comes down to the player’s own skill more than the controller itself and he has the skills to dominate even the toughest games in existence.
