Grand Theft Auto RP fans could soon be welcoming Jaryd 'summit1g' Lazar back onto the game with open arms, after the streamer dropped his biggest hint yet about returning to the game.

The popular variety Twitch personality, who has been playing World of Warcraft, Sea of Thieves and even PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds in the last month, could be looking to bring back his infamous Charles Johnson in the near future.

He has undoubtedly had a love hate relationship with the online GTA mod in 2019, seemingly quitting the game for good on numerous occasions, but he might very well be dropping back into Los Santos again sometime during the summer.

Rockstar
Summit1g's Charles Johnson character had a menacing history, performing several big thefts and even destroyed vehicles.

During his Twitch broadcast on July 9, members of the chat started to update summit with some of the things that have been happening in RP, and it's fair to say that he left the door wide open for a return.

"Vinny is in jail, he's a criminal nowadays. Weird right?" he said, talking about in-game character Vinny Pistone, which can often be seen on the Shotz Twitch channel. "That alone almost makes me want to play some GTA because [I'd like to be] robbing some banks with Vinny."

He added: "Me and Vinny never really got to fucking do much together because he was straight and narrow, and I was always robbing shit all the time."

While it's clearly not concrete evidence that summit1g will be streaming GTA RP any time soon, there's definitely a possibility of it happening for sure, particularly considering Pistone's switch to becoming a criminal. That could be an alliance we see more of in due course.

After all, earlier in his PUBG stream, he did admit to being "bored" with the current game options that he has at his disposal.

Whether or not summit - and Johnson - will appear again in the NoPixel server remains to be seen, but the door would appear to be wide open if a collaboration with Vinny was put on the table.
