American rapper, songwriter, and record producer Austin ‘Post Malone’ Post was involved in a car crash during the early hours of September 7, 2018.

Malone was riding in his Rolls Royce, operated by his driver, when the vehicle made contact with a Kia, damaging a fence and finally coming to stop in a group of shrubs.

Beverley Hills PD Sgt. Andrew Meyers confirmed that the crash occurred at 2:42 AM. Malone’s car was towed away due to the damage.

The crash took place in West Hollywood, at Doheny Dr. and Santa Monica Blvd. No alcohol or drug use was reported as being part of the incident.

No injuries were reported, either, meaning that no police report was filed. Post Malone emerged from the accident unharmed, as did his driver and the passengers inside the Kia. The same cannot be said of the shrubs and fence, which are property of the City of Santa Monica.

Malone posted about the incident in a Tweet, where he expressed that the world must be out to get him.

“God must hate me lol”

This crash follows the emergency landing of Malone’s private jet on August 21. The plane’s left set of tires blew out upon takeoff, resulting in a scary situation for the rapper and his crew.

He, along with 16 other passengers, landed safely in the Stewart International Airport in New York. Luckily, the plane didn’t fly too far – the pilot noticed the damage before making the full jump to the singer’s destination in Luton, England.

However, one can’t help but sympathize with Malone’s string of bad luck in regards to travel. We figure he can afford another Rolls Royce, though.
