PewDiePie slams Jake Paul for latest “scam”

During his February 23 upload, YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg took shots at Jake Paul. The Swede hit out at the influencer’s newest Financial Freedom Movement project, calling it a “scam.”

Fresh off his return from his month-long break from YouTube, PewDiePie is already making waves, such as doubling down on coronavirus memes in response to backlash.

Now the Swedish star has set his sights on Jake Paul. During his recent upload, he took the influencer to task for what he calls “a scam” and complete “bulls**t.”

The YouTuber opened up his latest segment by taking shots at the Jake Paul. “What is Jake Paul doing right now? What is he up to? That little snake. Has he finally gone fully bald?” he joked, while showing unflattering pictures of the influencer.

He then reacted to Paul’s latest project “Financial Freedom Movement” – a service that is supposed to teach users how to become famous, and make money. “Yes, Jake Paul is the person I look at when I envision financial freedom,” he said cracking a smile.

The Swede then reviewed his financial service site, and took issue with the personality trashing student loans. “Student loans are the cheapest loans you can ever get. It’s one of the most fair loans. It’s a great loan to actually take advantage of. If you use it correctly.”

Pewds read Jake Paul’s Twitter post explaining why he was making the service, citing his lack of faith in the education system. The YouTube king pointed out he used the wrong “there” and broke into laughter. “This is embarrassing!” he exclaimed.

He then hit out at him for claiming to be passionate about teaching others life skills. “It’s so disingenuous to put forth that this is what you are passionate about. When in reality, the only thing Jake Paul has shown himself to be passionate about is making money.”

Continuing, he roasted the personality by saying he has no value. “Jake Paul is the kind of celebrity that doesn’t have any real value. You can replace Jake Paul with anything. Or anyone. He’s literally empty, and no one. This just another scam. It’s complete bulls**t, there’s no point in saying it.”

Despite slamming Jake Paul, the YouTuber actually agreed that there are problems with the education system. “So much of the education system is outdated. But what the f**k is Jake Paul going to teach you about it!?”

This isn’t the first time PewDiePie has criticized the influencer, as he’s made several videos in the past featuring him. Paul has yet to respond.
