YouTuber Jake Paul revealed his and Tana Mongeau’s wedding date during VidCon 2019, while also taking shots at his brother Logan Paul and Mongeau’s ex-flame Bella Thorne.

During Tana’s panel at VidCon 2019, Jake Paul surprised the packed room by running onto the stage and reading a poem he had written for his recent fiancée.

The YouTube vlogger showed off his poetry ‘skills’, detailing the brief history of their romance, as well as addressing the accusations that they were only doing it for the “clout.”

“Welcome to the Paul family, we welcome you with love. From the moment I met you, we fit like a glove.  From Calabasas to Vegas to getting blacked out, it’s about all of our moments and not just the clout.” he read.

The poem ends by revealing the date of their wedding, which is July 28th. But it wouldn’t be Jake’s style without a dose of controversy.

The date reveal was set up by taking shots at Jake’s brother Logan Paul and Tana’s ex Bella Thorne, for “hating” on their relationship. “Logan and Bella can hate. The world can question our fate, but on July 28th, you can all save the date!” Paul proclaimed.

Bella Thorne and Tana’s relationship

For close to two years, Tana and Bella Thorne were in an intense relationship, which they often documented on social media. The pair broke up in February 2019, and insisted that the relationship had changed their lives.

When Jake and Tana announced their engagement just months later, Thorne reacted by posting an image of her crying on Instagram. More recently, the model was a guest on Jake Paul’s podcast ‘imPaulsive’, where she threw shade at Tana Mongeau for editing her photos with FaceTune and Photoshop.

Logan Paul has thrown shade in the past

Logan also has had a history of throwing shade at the couple: in a past vlog, the Paul brother ‘gagged’ and stated “Kill me!” before using a baseball bat to smash a photo frame of the couple.

He also vented to Twitter, and made comments about them “re-branding” to start a family channel. While some of this may have been in jest, it led many to speculate about his true feelings on the couple’s whirlwind relationship.

Regardless of how Logan and Bella actually feel, the wedding date is set. It will be interesting to see how either of the two react to the wedding on July 28.

Smash Melee star Ludwig Ahgren sent a Pokemon card Twitch stream into a meltdown when he pulled a 1st Edition Dragonite worth up to $10k. The gaming pro scored the rare collectible after streamer Trainwreckstv gave him the pack.

Pokemon cards have taken over platforms such as YouTube and Twitch as viewers flock to see their favorite personalities chase after the rarest Nintendo collectibles.

A live Trading Card Game box opening hosted by streamer Mizkif and his org One True King went off the rails on November 22 when Smash pro Ludwig scored a rare Dragonite that could have been Trainwrecks’.

Ludwig scores rare Pokemon card from 1999

The Pokemon TCG has seen a major explosion in value in 2020. Cards once traded for nothing on school playgrounds decades ago can now sell for as much as a house. The hobby has also become a major hit on sites like Twitch, with streamers buying sealed booster boxes from the 90s to open live for viewers.

On November 22, Twitch star Mizkif broke open 1st Edition sealed packs from the 1999 Fossil set. Those attending the event lost their minds when pro gamer Ludwig scored a 1st Edition Dragonite after streamer Trainwreckstv gave his pack to him.

The moment went viral due to the Twitch personality’s generosity backfiring. “Dude I swear to God if I said no to this pack to be fair and nice and its a good pack I want it back. Ludgwig, if this is good it’s my pack. If it’s bad, it’s your pack,” he exclaimed moments before the card was pulled. Unfortunately, the booster he passed on contained the exact rare holographic he was chasing after.

After the excitement settled, the group felt bad for Train’s incredibly bad luck. Although the popular Twitch star wasn’t too bitter about it, laughing it off on Twitter. If nothing else, he should be applauded for his generosity.

According to recent sales of the item, a 1st Edition Dragonite can sell anywhere from $8k to 9.7k depending on the grading. Luckily for Ludwig, the item looked incredibly pristine, giving him a good chance at a PSA 10 grading.
