Man's insane viral squat routine

After a video was posted on Twitter/X, people couldn’t believe a man’s insane workout routine, as he pulled off the most impressive sequence of squats you’ve likely ever seen.

In the video in question, we see a man jumping up and down from his chair, before adding some 16 kg weights to the routine.

He then jumps over a set of chairs with the weights in hand, upping the game.

In a post shared on Twitter/X, a user wrote, “Do y’all understand how insane this is?’

To make things even more bizarre, he stacks a set of tissue boxes, which he proceeds to jump over, still holding the weights, gradually stacking them higher and higher as the video goes one.

After the video was posted on Twitter/X, it gained over 11 million views, with people eager to weigh in on the man’s strange workout routine.

“Do y’all hear how much force he is hitting the ground with?!” one said, astounded by the veracity of the man’s workout routine.

“Zero cartilage in those knees soon,” another wrote, concerned for his safety.

“Bro got two Kawhi knees,” one concurred.

Many were more concerned about the man’s neighbors, stating “The noise complaints must be crazy.”

“Average upstairs neighbor activity tbh,” another joked.

Another man recently went viral on the platform, after he shared his bizarre Rubik’s cube dance, which had the whole internet crushing over him.
