Dr Disrespect brutally roasts shroud and Mixer over new Xbox commercial

Twitch star Dr Disrespect hilariously mocked Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek’s Xbox commercial on Twitter. The Two-Time took jab’s at his friend’s streaming platform Mixer.

On April 24, shroud revealed he had made a commercial for Microsoft’s Xbox. The Mixer personality’s comically bizarre advertisement had him flying over a green screen.

However, his close friend Dr Disrespect had the perfect response to it, and brutally mocked the clip by comparing it to his own announcement video he had cut with Twitch.

Dr Disrespect mocks shroud’s commercial

The whole thing kicked off when shroud posted his new Xbox Game Pass commercial on Twitter and stated, “I made an advertisement where they let me fly a hang-glider and feed a beaver. Well kinda…”

Doc reacted to it a day later, and reposted a clip from the epic video he made in March to announce his multi-year Twitch deal. The streamer’s tweet edited the two commercial’s side by side with the caption, “The difference between Twitch and Mixer.”

The stark contrast between the two ads is hilarious as shroud dangling from a green screen looks ridiculous compared to the Two-Time propelling himself out of a military jet and flying with his wingsuit.

Shroud didn’t seem too bothered by the jab at his streaming platform, and in fact replied to Doc’s joke with laughter. “AHAHAH I LOVE IT,” he tweeted out.

The Mixer star took Doc’s joke in stride.

Getting in on the joke, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins jumped in and jabbed back at Dr Disrespect for mocking Mixer. He brought up Twitch streamer Alinity, who had a wardrobe malfunction during her broadcast on April 24.

“I was expecting this tweet to contain a nip slip without being banned or a cat being thrown over your head. But I like this too,” he jokingly replied.

Both Ninja and shroud sent shockwaves in the industry, when they announced they had signed an exclusive deal to only stream with Microsoft’s Mixer in 2019.

Dr Disrespect, being the competitive champion that he is, will take shots at the rival platform from time to time. However, it’s all in good fun as it’s a friendly rivalry.
