A new Disney Dreamlight Valley update is on the way, and players can’t get over one upcoming cosmetic item.

Gameloft is no stranger to a few good Disney Dreamlight Valley teasers, and Valentine’s Day was another prime example, especially given how close we likely are to a brand new update filled with new content and characters.

Thanks to a few romantic Valentines Day cards, the DDV devs teased a few upcoming characters, items, and cosmetics that will likely be landing soon – and fans went absolutely wild for one item in particular.

Disney Dreamlight Valley players adore teased hair cosmetic

Sharing the cards on Reddit, one user revealed the announcement that Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc would be joining the Valley, along with the tease of new Doors, and a new slithery hairstyle featuring a snake wrapped around the head.

“So the devs have been teasing the new update more lately and they posted this on Twitter! Mike and sully, doors and new hair! Opinions?” Asked the player.

From the moment the poster revealed these teasers, the community went mad for one cosmetic item in particular, the snake hair.

“I am NEVER taking that snake hair off. It looks sick” commented one user, while another echoed the same sentiment: “Awesome! That hair looks kind of fun even though I wouldn’t have thought it would be.”

Other fans piled on the jokes, with one highlighting how they’re “loving the hair! It’s very ssstylish” making it clear that we’ll likely hear plenty of snake jokes when the item is released.

One fan revealed how this hair is inspired by the Monsters Inc character, Celia Mae, and that this could mean they add her character to the game, although nothing’s been announced yet.

Whether Celia Mae arrived in Disney Dreamlight Valley with these announcements is yet to be seen, but one thing is for certain, fans think “the hair looks amazing” and we’ll likely see plenty of this style around the Valley’s in the next update.
