Despicable Me 4 Trailer with Gru

The newest trailer for Despicable Me 4 has shocked the internet, after viewers learned that Gru has canonically had sex, showing off their child Gru Junior.

Despicable Me has become one of the most iconic animated movie series since its release back in 2010. The movie franchise has seen multiple sequels spawn from the original film, with spinoffs like the Minions creating memes that made waves all over the internet.

The core film franchise still continues to highlight the adventure of main protagonist Gru, his “gorls” and the wonderfully adorable Minions he commands. Whether that be returning to his old ways of villainy or meeting up with his twin brother Dru, the series has remained a staple in viewer’s minds.

Now the fourth installment of Despicable Me has had its trailer revealed. Despicable Me 4 looks to continue the whacky hijinx that takes place in Gru’s life, but this time with the added twist of a new child. And of course, this new child’s implications have the internet running wild.

It wasn’t long before Twitter users realized that if Gru now has a child, it means that he has, within the Despicable Me universe, had sex with his wife Lucy Wilde.

“GRU HAS CANONICALLY F****ED,” one stunned X user said while sharing the new trailer.

Alongside the implication of sex, other users picked up on a rather inconspicuous innuendo the Minions shout in the trailer.

“FIRE IN THE WHAT…”

Other users decided to input some other less-than-savvy comments, truly burdening the rest of the internet with these unholy thoughts.

“You think the grock is shaped like his nose?” one user asked.

“IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME NOT HER” another thirstily cried.

According to the trailer, Despicable Me 4 will be released to theaters in Summer this year.
