Fans of Love is Blind are hoping for more diversity regarding the cast lineup while watching Season 6 and beyond.

Will Love is Blind on Netflix ever feature a truly diverse cast of individuals?

This is a question fans of the show has been asking on social media for quite some time.

Here’s what social media users are saying about their diversity wishes for Season 6 of Love is Blind and beyond.

Diversity on Love is Blind

Several Reddit threads have been launched to discuss Season 6 of Love is Blind. One thread, in particular, got deep into discussions about the diversity viewers are hoping to see.

One person wrote, “I’m hoping the cast is a significantly older. I really would love to see a 30-50 age range or something, and really focus on marriage. It seems all the contestants under 30 aren’t necessarily the most concerned about the actual marriage aspect.”

Someone else added, “A bi man. Out-of-pocket things will be said about him.”

For a while now, fans have been begging the producers of Love is Blind to be more inclusive with plus-sized contestants as well.

Based on the trailer for Season 6, it’s unclear if any of these requests from fans have been acknowledged or honored.

In the history of Love is Blind, the majority of contestants are anywhere between 25 and 38. Seeing contestants who are older than that would likely come as a shock to viewers.

During an earlier season of Love is Blind, two contestants named Diamond Jack and Carlton Morton fell for each other.

After they met face-to-face, he revealed that he was bisexual. She lost interest in him and he blew up at her during a messy poolside argument.

This doesn’t mean bisexual contestants can’t join the cast of Love is Blind and yield positive results in the future.

When it comes to plus-sized contestants, the producers of Love is Blind (at least in the US) don’t seem too pressed about making that happen.
