Full Week Four, Day Two Schedule for Division B of the CWL Pro League (Stage Two) – Matchups, Playoff Picture, and More
Day two of week four at the CWL Pro League will feature a collection of important matchups for teams to potentially strengthen their bid for a bid at the $500,000 Playoff.
As the second week of Division B kicking off with a bang on Monday, June 6th with a number of upsets and incredibly close matches, members of the competitive CoD community are holding their breath to see how the remainder of Stage Two plays out.
The first match of day one began with UNILAD quickly going up 2-0 over eUnited, however, even though eU managed to storm back and force a game five, the European squad held strong and took the series 3-2 in a round eleven..
While OpTic would quickly 3-0 complexity in the following series, the matchups between Mindfreak and the new-look Luminosity roster featuring Matthew ‘FormaL’ Piper would be a different story as the two teams battled it out to another game five thriller.
Mindfreak ended up taking the match 3-2 in shocking fashion, which sent Luminosity down to 2-3 overall in the Pro League, and out of Playoff contention at the time of writing.
Although, even though there is still plenty of time to make up lost ground, teams out of the Playoff race must look to bounce back and get a stronghold on the Division sooner rather than later.
Day two of week four will feature matchups such as compLexity vs Tainted Minds, UNILAD vs Luminosity, eUnited vs compLexity, and Rise Nation vs Mindfreak, with OpTic Gaming looking to continue their undefeated run in Stage Two against an eUnited squad coming off a tough loss on day one to cap-off Wednesday.
