Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248 finally gives fans much-needed closure on Gojo’s death by explaining what really happened to him.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s beloved Satoru Gojo has been gone for months, but fans still haven’t lost hope of his return. He died in the battle of the strongest and disappeared since Chapter 236. Chapter 235 gives false hope to Gojo fans that he will emerge victorious in the battle.

However, things never turn out as fans would hope. Jujutsu Kaisen confirmed Gojo’s death, only to devastate the entire fandom. Nonetheless, because there are so many loose ends, fans still haven’t given up on his return.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248 will return this Sunday after a brief hiatus, and it finally explains what happened to this fan-favorite character. Warning: this article contains spoilers from Chapter 248!

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248 reveals what happened to Gojo’s body

Jujutsu Kaisen has again taken over the trends on Twitter as Chapter 248 leaks are going viral. Gojo disappeared after his death, and it remained unknown what happened to his body. After all, since the battle is still ongoing, his friends and students can’t really leave him lying on the floor. However, since there was barely any mention of Gojo after his death, there was no certainty about it.

Thankfully, they didn’t abandon Gojo, and Kenjaku wasn’t able to retrieve his body for evil purposes. In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248, Kirara and Ui Ui will retrieve Higuruma’s body right before Sukuna’s eyes. The King of Curses analyzes that Ui Ui has a teleportation ability, and that must be how they took Gojo’s dead body.

He knows that Kirara and Ui Ui are sending the wounded and deceased to Shoko. Therefore, Gojo has arrived safely to Shoko, which means he will finally get peace unlike what happened with Suguru Geto. Although Twitter is now flooding with Gojo’s revival theory by Jujutsu Kaisen fans, Sukuna is sure that the strongest sorcerer of the modern era is deceased.
