The ways of Heaven and Hell are a mystery, the same goes for time and age as the question of how old Charlie Morningstar is in Hazbin Hotel has fans curious.

Charlie Morningstar, the Princess of Hell. The adult animated series has her in center focus as she hopes to use her newly founded hotel to rehabilitate demons. Why? Because she sees a better solution to the overpopulation of Hell that leads to the annual Extermination.

But fans may notice that Charlie looks incredibly young, most would assume in her teen years or early 20s. The series tells the story of how Lucifer met Lilith and ended up creating Hell as Heaven made Earth and created the first humans. Banished to Hell, the two have a daughter.

Supposedly the creation happened well before time, so it begs the question of how old Charlie is?

How old is Charlie Morningstar?

Charlie is well over her 20s and is actually 200 years old in Hazbin Hotel.

According to The Direct, Charlie’s age was confirmed by YouTuber Faustisse. Having worked on the show, they confirmed during a live stream that Charlie is well into her centuries. She keeps her youthful appearance as time passes differently in Hell.

Fans may notice that in the original pilot episode, the family portrait with Lucifer, Lilith, and Charlie was dated from 1871. It also entails that both of her parents might be 300 years old or even older as they were there from the get-go.

With Hazbin Hotel working with “Hell Years,” it might also apply to the other characters and angels in Heaven. It’s known that the character Vaggie died in her 20s and still looks the age. But seeing as Hell works slower, she has also likely been there for some time. Alastor died in his 30s to 40s, Angel Dust also in his 30s, with Husk being older in his 60s to 70s.
