Now, a former thrift store employee has left viewers shocked after revealing the various “biohazards” they had to deal with while working there.

Former thrift store employee reveals “biohazards”

In a clip uploaded on February 18, 2024, TikToker tango_quinn shared a story revealing the “illegal biohazards” that they had to deal with while working at the thrift store.

“I also experienced a lot of illegal biohazards, so lets talk about it,” they said. “I worked on the floor putting clothes and stuff back where they’re supposed to be.”

“People would leave dirty diapers on the floor. Same thing with needles… I found at least 5. A lot of times they would go into the dressing rooms and change their clothes. They would leave their pile of clothes that are just covered in [dirt].”

The user also explained that they and another were asked to clean up explosive diarrhea… but the TikToker refused.

Users quickly took to the comments with their thoughts on the situation, with many sharing their own experiences.

“Reasons my thrifted clothes go straight in the washer on the sanitizer setting,” one user replied.

Another commented: “It enrages me so much how people treat thrift stores. I make sure the clothes are clean and in good condition before I donate.”

“I work at Goodwill rn and THIS is why we don’t have dressing rooms at mine,” a third user shared.
