Palworld player discovers hidden “unused” room that’s buildable

Palworld creatures huddled up around the campfire.

A Palworld player has shared their discovery regarding a massive hidden room in the game, which can only be accessed by clipping their character through.

It’s been a little bit over a month since Palworld was released, yet it seems players are still finding new things every day, even though the game is in an early access state.

The other day, one player found an unnerving detail in the game’s sky, leading to others sharing some wild theories about the world. On the other hand, some players were left baffled by a “morbid” Pal interaction they didn’t know was possible.

Either way, the discoveries don’t seem to be stopping there, as another player has managed to find a secret “unused” room hidden in a particular location.

This location was shared in a Reddit thread, showcasing the player getting inside a rocky hill by clipping their character through. Inside, the player was met with a small path that led to a massive empty room.

Players in the replies were convinced that this room was intended for an NPC but got scrapped by devs, while others thought it could be a future boss location.

Seeing this discovery, however, some claimed it would make a great location for a base. Other players even confirmed that it’s in fact buildable, pointing out that a different user had managed to build a base in a separate thread.

One person shared their idea regarding this, writing, “Everyone’s talking about building their base there. I’m going to build a giant ass farm, all plots and hopefully fit some stone/wood generators, provided pathing allows for larger pals.”

“Welp, now I know where I’m building my PvP base,” mentioned another.

One user also pointed out that this is a “great hiding spot” if the game gets Ark-like servers where they’re “open to everyone.” But seeing that this location has already been shared with the community, it may not be so secret anymore.

Who knows if more locations like this will be added in the future, but for now, players can expect a bunch of features and updates, as seen from the game’s roadmap.
