Palworld player devastated after accidentally killing a Lucky Pal

One Palworld player shared their tragic experience of accidentally killing a certain Lucky Pal that can be useful for their base.

Palworld, or what some people usually refer to as “Pokemon with guns,” doesn’t only feature base-building and over a hundred Pals players can catch at launch, but the game also has “Lucky Pals” that are massive in size and rock better stats.

These Lucky Pals are different from your usual Pals. Aside from being bigger, they’re also more aggressive, meaning that you’ll need to be prepared to catch them. However, this shouldn’t be much of an issue if you’re constantly leveling up your character.

The real challenge here is actually finding one in the first place. Due to their nature, Lucky Pals are extremely rare, only having a certain amount of odds to spawn. Combine that with bugs and glitches that can happen at any time, the chances of finding them could even be slimmer.

With that in mind, you can imagine the frustration of one player coming across a Lucky Pal, only to accidentally get it killed instead of catching it with the Pal Sphere. This moment was shared by the player in a Reddit thread, with an image of a Lucky Jormuntide Ignis lying on the ground.

The user wrote, “Yesterday I accidentally killed a Shiny Shadowbeack, today I killed this shiny… I am too stupid for that game…”

Jormuntide Ignis is known for being one of the best Pals for Kindling in the game, thanks to its level four Kindling suitability. Since this one is a Lucky Pal variant, one can imagine that its stats would be better than its regular counterpart.

Some players in the comments felt bad for the OP, but as it turns out, others have also experienced something similar, with one of them writing, “I have also killed the only 2 Lucky Pals I’ve seen. Mine were because I didn’t recall my active Pal soon enough, and they killed them. You think I would have learned after the first one…”

Some players assured the OP they’d find another Lucky Pal soon enough. “I play 2-3 hours a day and typically find 1 shiny per day,” replied one user.

Meanwhile, one person wrote: “Nooooo, not the lucky Jorm Ignis – one of the only lucky pals you actually would want since you can’t breed chain these stupid cake snakes. Truly tragic, OP.”

Overall, while this is something that players don’t want to experience, it serves as a reminder to be extremely careful when it comes to catching a Lucky Pal.
