The Finals player beats enemy to death with cashout

The Finals players usually use their weapons or oddities that spawn around the maps to kill opponents. However, the objective of its main game mode is also deadly in the right hands.

The objective in the main game mode for The Finals is to find and unlock cashboxes and then take them to a cashout station to withdraw money. The journey from unlocking the box to getting it across the map to a station can be difficult as other teams are always trying to steal it and wipe out player’s teammates.

The task is made even more difficult as players cannot hold the cashbox and have their weapons out at the same time. So throwing away the object, and pulling out a gun, when engaged by an enemy team is often the default response.

This strategy is flawed, however, as an enemy can swoop in and steal the objective during the fight. One player has showcased another option for how to engage enemies when holding the cashout.

The Finals cashout can hurt

In a Reddit post on the game’s forum, one The Finals player showed the community how they used the cashbox to defeat an enemy with ease.

The player took a fight while holding the objective on the rooftops of Monaco against an enemy Light using a sniper rifle. They danced around the opponent with the dash ability while repeatedly hitting the Light with the box, then grabbing it back out of the air, eventually killing them.

The player unlocked one of the game’s achievements, called Charitable Donation, which is earned after eliminating an opponent with a cashout. This accomplishment is usually completed with players last-hitting a low-health opponent with the objective.

This feat may not be replicable against other classes, or Lights with other weapons, as they have more health and weapons with better damage output. But that doesn’t take away how impressive the clip is or how brutal the beatdown was.
