Fortnite Season 6, Week 10 challenges and how to complete them

Ross Deason

Believe it or not, Season 6 in Fortnite Battle Royale is coming to an end very soon, and Week 10 – the final week of the season – is upon us! With that in mind, here is the final set of challenges for the season!

Week 10 will once again provide players with three free challenges and four that are exclusive to owners of the Season 6 Battle Pass.

The official Week 10 challenges went live on November 29 and are identical to the ones that data miners leaked on November 28.

Epic Games have been known to switch some challenges out at the last minute during Season 6, so we were half expecting a similar story for Week 10. However, we were wrong and the official challenges can be viewed in the image below:

The challenges are what we’ve come to expect from the final week of a season. They’re fairly vanilla and should give players of all levels the chance to reach the tier 100 goal and unlock the Dire outfit.

The only challenge that really catches our eye is the timed trials with vehicles – stay tuned for more information on that.

The challenges are as follows:

Free Pass Challenges

  • Build Structures (250)
  • Visit a Viking ship, a camel and a crashed Battle Bus (3)
  • Search Chests at Tilted Towers or Paradise Palms (7)(HARD)

Battle Pass Challenges

  • Place Mounted Turrets in different matches (3)
  • Stage 1: Land at Lazy Links (1)
Stage 2: Land at Snobby Shores
Stage 3: Land at Lucky Landing
Stage 4: Land at Lonely Lodge
Stage 5: Land at Salty Springs
  • Complete vehicle timed trials (3) (HARD)
  • Stage 1: Shotgun Elimination (1) (HARD)
    Stage 2: Assault Rifle Elimination
    Stage 3: Pistol Elimination

Build Structures

This challenge is as simple as it sounds. Simply build walls, ramps, and anything else that takes your fancy until the task is completed.

Given the fact that building is such a key component to Fortnite, we can’t see anyone struggling to get this done.

Visit a Viking ship, a camel and a crashed Battle Bus

This is a fairly easy quest for anyone that has put any time into the game. Simply visit each of the points of interest and voila! You don’t even need to do it all in one game, so there’s no rush.

You can find a map with the locations below.

Search Chests at Tilted Towers or Paradise Palms

Tilted Towers and Paradise Palms aren’t exactly short on chests, so finding and opening a total of seven shouldn’t be too much of an issue.

You can open chests and either location and take as long as you want about it, so we’d advise simply landing at Tilted or Paradise a few times and going from there.

Place Mounted Turrets in different matches

The Mounted Turret is probably the least popular addition to Fortnite in the game’s history, but the developers have worked tirelessly to nerf it and make it more balanced.

Either way, don’t expect to be the most popular player in the server on any of the three occasions where you use one!

Stage 1: Land at Lazy Links

The stage challenges have been some of the most popular in Season 6 due to the fact that you can see yourself progressing through them.

After landing at Lazy Links, you’ll need to land at Snobby Shores, then Lucky Landing, then Lonely Lodge, before finally landing at Salty Springs.

Complete vehicle timed trials

These timed trials are very similar to the previous ones, just with vehicles instead of running. You can use any of the vehicles in the game, but you’ll need to be quick!

Here are all of the locations:

Stage 1: Shotgun Elimination

After getting an elimination with a shotgun, you’ll need to get one with an assault rifle and one with a pistol. You don’t need to complete all stages in one game, so simply playing as normal should be enough for you to get it done before Season 7 rolls around.
