Fortnite is no stranger to collaborations, having partnered up with major brands like Dragon Ball, Family Guy, and God of War.
Epic Games usually has some exciting things prepared for each new Season, and with Chapter 5 Season 2 now arrived, players are keen to know the collabs they can expect.
Epic GamesAccording to a leak spreading online, players can expect some more Star Wars items in the game. This isn’t the first time Epic Games has brought Star Wars stuff to the game, as in Chapter 3 Season 3 they had Darth Vader in the game temporarily, and they also recently signed a deal with Disney to make a Fortnite entertainment universe.
Here’s what the latest leak reveals for Chapter 5 Season 2 collab.
Fortnite x Star Wars Wookie Bowcaster Weapon
The reliable X/Twitter leak HYPEX account posted a picture of Chewbacca wielding the Wookie Bowcaster with the caption:
“UPCOMING FORTNITE x STAR WARS: Wookie Bowcaster Weapon,” they said.
Some players were super excited about the leak, and couldn’t wait to try out the weapon.
“Gonna be interesting,” said one fan. “Can’t wait!” agreed another.
There has been a Wookie skin already introduced to Fortnite in the form of Krrsantan, but Chewie has yet to be added himself, so players are hoping they will also be able to get their hand on a Chewbacca outfit very soon.
However, others are more excited about Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 being focused on the ancient Gods like Hades and Poseidon (even if some don’t like the Water God’s skin being a Rippley reskin).
