Seasoned veterans of the popular battle royale title will know that the game has went through nine different seasons since it first launched in September 2017, with a plethora of different cosmetics being made available in that time – some purchasable and others granted as rewards.

Well, if you want to get your hands on a brand new pickaxe, weapon wrap, emoji and music pack, you’ve came to the right place.

The new birthday event is set to be officially confirmed by the game’s developer in due course, but has been revealed early by serial dataminer FortTory, who posted images of the challenges and rewards on July 17. Last year, the event was announced on July 20, so that might not be too far away.

In the meantime, check out the full list of tasks that players will have to complete, as well as what they’ll pick up once they’re completed.

Whether or not this new unlockable pack will be announced or not in the near future remains to be seen, but the source of the leak has been pretty accurate in the past.

It’s highly likely that a new event will be revealed before the end of July and if things are eventually made official, we’ll be sure to keep you posted. No doubt some players will want to have their cake and eat it by the time Season 9 comes to a close.
