Starbucks customers were disgusted after seeing a photograph shared by a Starbucks barista, revealing the inside of their coffee machines.

This isn’t the first time that Starbucks has got people talking, as just recently, a barista revealed that her manager asked her to use decaf coffee in customer’s beverages after they ran out of regular.

Now, in another post on the always-popular Starbucks Reddit, a barista shared an image of an incredibly moldy coffee machine.

The title reads, “I have been gone for two weeks and this is the state of the cold brew machine.”

People disgusted by moldy cold brew Starbucks machine

After the post was shared on the platform, people were shocked by the state of the coffee machine.

“Someone please tell me that this isn’t the norm and that I haven’t been drinking this,” one wrote.

“Welp, not drinking cold brew anymore. Thank you,” another stated. “I would quit on the spot if I saw this & call the health department myself.”

People couldn’t understand why the other employees in the store had neglected the coffee machine: “I just… how? I’ve caught it not being emptied after a day or two, but that? Did nobody check? Or brew any cold brew at all?”

“I caught this at my store after going on vacation and told my team if it happens again, I’d be giving final written notices. That’s literally laziness,” another stated.

Another Starbucks story went viral in January, after a customer flat-out destroyed a display after claiming staff weren’t listening to her.
