Small streamers have been getting rewarded with lots of money by a new group of viewers just by providing a positive impact in the community they are in.

This group of viewers calls themselves TheDiscordBoyz, and there have already been a plethora of donations handed out to streamers who have all shown great appreciation.

Who did they donate to?

One in particular that stands out is their support of streamer 'AbbiStar' who was in need of eye surgery.

The group was able to come through with a $2,000 donation to help her reach her goal so she wouldn't have to worry about raising the money herself, something she responded to with tears of happiness and shock.

AbbiStar received an additional $1,000 donation from the group just to celebrate her Streamaversary, and for making World of Warcraft watchable for them.

However, Abbi isn't the only streamer being donated to by the group - they've also helped some other smaller ones out too.

Twitch streamer Heaven received a $1,001 donation from the DiscordBoyz to help her get to TwitchCon 2019.

"What? What? What?" she said once the donation hit. "Oh my god, did you mean to do that? Is that an accident? Was that a mistake? Oh my god, I'm gonna cry. I'm not gonna cry."

Who makes up the group?

TheDiscordBoyz make up a stream team consisting of kaelanDori, MegaGremlin, Jimbojp, Soul_Claim, PottsieTV, and Majorhapppypants who host a podcast together, as well as hanging out in many streams.

It’s clear the group has brightened a lot of streamers’ days, but what we don’t know is who the generous users will help next.
