An IRL Twitch streamer got into a car accident while broadcasting live on the platform on Sunday, January 20.

Tony ‘TonyMontanaIRL’ Villator was in a vehicle while streaming, it’s unclear who was actually driving the vehicle or where they were travelling to at the time.

The broadcast had been live for less than a minute when the accident took place outside of what appears to be a gas station.

The vehicle was travelling up a road when an oncoming truck drove past, with its full-beam headlights on and failing to lower them as it drove past the vehicle with the streamer inside.

As the truck passed, it quickly became clear that a queue had formed from a turn-off on the right, with a car stopped on the road waiting to turn in. The driver was unable to react to the parked car in front of him, and slammed into the back of the other vehicle.

It appears that nobody was seriously injured in the crash, however Villatoro later got out of the car and showed his viewers the extensive damage that had been caused to both vehicles in the accident.

The car that was parked on the road had large dents on the passenger side, with the rear bumper almost disconnected from the vehicle, while the streamer’s car was also badly damaged, with the hood crumpled and what appeared to be smoke emanating from the engine in the moments after the crash.

Many who have watched the clip believe that the driver of the truck which failed to dip its headlights is at fault, as they think the bright light obscured the driver’s vision and caused the failure to spot the parked car.
