A “crazed” Elden Ring fan has spent 600 hours meticulously journaling their entire playthrough with some insanely intricate artwork.

No playthrough of Elden Ring is ever the same, which is what makes 2022’s Game of The Year so excellent. With its profound lore tucked away under a difficult yet addicting gameplay loop, there’s much to discover in the Lands Between.

This is why we have iconic players like Let Me Solo Her, as the game allows you to experience the world however you so choose.

And one Elden Ring fan took it to the next level, with what might be one of the most impressive journals of a playthrough you’ll ever see.

Artyz Artifacts created a detailed sketchbook of his entire playthrough of Elden Ring, sketching out every single monster, major area, and character he came across in his journey.

His video, titled “Crazed Lunatic illustrates the entire Elden Ring playthrough in 600-page sketchbook,” showcases all 600 pages filled to the brim with drawings of his travels, complete with a gold leaf cover as a cherry on top.

In the sketchbook, we see detailed descriptions of his character’s journey, his first encounters with monsters, getting “jumped” by the Grafted Scion, and even a sketch of when the White Mask Varre calls you “maidenless”.

“This sketchbook was inspired by Arthur Morgan’s journal in Red Dead Redemption 2,” Artyz wrote in the description of the video. “So I decided to fill up an entire book with my Elden Ring playthrough.”

Artyz was also open about basing several of his artworks, with map layouts and character drawings, on existing drawings. However, much of it is “a labor of love” by Artyz.

Even more insane is that the 46-minute flip-through of the 600-page sketchbook is just part one of his journey through Limgrave, with other major areas to be shown in future videos.
