Team Kaliber defeated Rise Nation in the grand finals to claim the Stage 2 title.

Having made their way through the winner bracket Team Kaliber had a series in hand, and they needed it after a game five, round eleven in the first series of the grand finals went the way of Rise Nation.

In the second series, however, Team Kaliber were dominant in the respawn game modes, taking a 3-1 win to secure the championship, denying Rise Nation a third consecutive trophy.

The win marks Team Kaliber’s own third major victory, having won the first two events of the WWII season. Since then, however, the team has struggled to return to championship form, swapping out half of the roster to put together the current line-up.

Team Kaliber has found form at perhaps the perfect moment in the series, claiming one of the biggest championships of the season and now a favorite for the Call of Duty Championships, the last tournament remaining in the WWII season.

1 – Team Kaliber – $200,000

2 – Rise Nation – $120,000

3 – Red Reserve – $80,000
