Rise Nation put up the fastest Search and Destroy win of WWII in their match against Luminosity.

The two teams clashed in a group stage match at CWL Anaheim, which Rise Nation eventually took 3-1.

Luminosity drew first blood in the series, taking Valkyrie Hardpoint to claim a 1-0 lead. Rise Nation were quick to respond, however, ploughing through Luminosity on Ardennes Forest Search and Destroy without relinquishing a single round.

A 6-0 SND is always a dominant victory, but Rise Nation apparently took the shut-out to new heights. According to CoD Stats’ JP, Rise ran over Luminosity so thoroughly that they posted the fastest SND win of the WWII season so far, clocking in at little more than three minutes.

After demolishing Luminosity so convincingly in the SND, Rise Nation were able to cruise to a series victory. A 2-1 Flak Tower CTF followed to place them on match point, before closing it out with another big win, a 250-100 Sainte Marie du Mont Hardpoint.

With this result, both teams move to a 1-1 record. Rise Nation’s final match of the day will be against Epsilon, while Luminosity will face Team Kaliber. With tK having taken down Rise in their previous match, Luminosity’s winner bracket hopes could well rest on a victory here.
