The newest patch for Call of Duty Black Ops 4, version 1.19, released today, June 25, on Xbox One and PS4 and with it comes the long-awaited Contracts system.
Treyarch confirmed they were going to introduce a better way to unlock content in their game and that has finally arrived with the Contracts system.
The Contracts are available for all modes – multiplayer, Zombies, Blackout, and League Play – and they offer the ability to earn content at a much faster rate than before.
Contracts are live in Black Ops 4.
Outside of the contracts, other new additions include more maps added to the rotation for Prop Hunt and Capture the Flag. There are also new medals, equipment and humiliations in Blackout.
This update is only live on console for the time being with a PC update coming on June 27. However, the Contracts should be live on all platforms as they were
on June 25. confirmed to be coming
The contracts will refresh every 24 hours regardless of completion so players will always have some new content to look forward.
