With fans not receiving any more information about Season 2 of Apex Legends until E3 2019 during EA Play, many fans have decided to spend their time finding ways to improve the game.

One fan suggested a simple addition to the gold body armor, something that would greatly improve the armor, while also keeping it from being overpowered.

Does gold armor need a change?

There are a variety of small tweaks that can be made to Apex Legends to help keep it feeling fresh but this idea from Reddit user blicky-stiffy might just be one of the best ideas yet.

Currently, gold body armor easily provides the best level of protection available for players, but there is still room for improvement to make it even more valuable.

This simple tweak would also allow the armor to regenerate over time, meaning players won’t have to rely on shield batteries of phoenix kits for repair after a battle.

Many of the changes and suggestions from the community often would make things overpowered, but we think this would be quite balanced as it wouldn’t have the ability to recharge during a firefight.

It would just be a simple way to cut out the need for additional healing after a firefight.

What’s coming with Season 2?

Respawn Entertainment teased plenty of new and exciting content coming with Season 2. The Season 1 Battle Pass received a lukewarm reaction from the community but it sounds like that issue will be remedied for Season 2.

Among these teases include an improved Battle Pass, new weapons, new Legends and even some new points of interest on the map.

If you’re an Apex Legends fan you’re going to want to make sure you pay attention to EA’s E3 presentation as it sounds like a lot of information will be released there.
