One Piece Episode 1096 spoilers and preview

One Piece Jaguar D. Saul

One Piece Episode 1096 is titled “A Forbidden Piece of History! A Theory Concerning a Kingdom.” According to Shaka, there used to be a kingdom highly advanced in technology. He talked about a man who dedicated his entire life to archeology and brought that ancient kingdom’s truth to light.

Robin instantly figures out that the time period Shaka is talking about is, in fact, the mysterious Void Century. When she asks for confirmation, Shaka questions back by asking her how much she knows about it.

Usopp expresses his concern for Robin, saying it might be difficult for her to talk about this after what happened to Ohara 22 years ago. However, Shaka says it is because of Ohara’s research that they know so much about the technology of that kingdom. He also reveals that the World Government erased everything about the ancient kingdom so that their ideals could not be passed down.

Anyone who knows anything about the kingdom will be eliminated. Sanji and the others are furious after finding out that this information will give the World Government another reason to hunt them down. However, when Robin asks how Shaka knows so much about Ohara, he says, “The Will of Ohara still lives.”

Several months after the tragic Ohara Incident, Vegapunk visited the island to pay respects to his friend Professor Clover. There, he discovered that the center of the lake was full of research and that the people of Ohara gave up their lives to protect their legacy.

Ignorant soldiers may not know about the value of those papers, but the knowledge they sought to destroy still remains. In the end, Ohara won. Robin remembers her past and is in tears after a brief flashback. The Straw Hats are again mad at Shaka, this time for making Robin cry.

Additionally, Shaka also reveals that Giants were fishing out those research papers. The episode will also feature Monkey D. Dragon, who is infuriated by the tragedy of Ohara and the loss of his friend, Professor Clover. He swears to make an army that will fight the World Government. Hence, Shaka briefly explains how Dragon created the Revolutionary Army and gathered the members.

Shaka then talks about Jaguar D. Saul, who is currently in hiding. Robin thanks him for ensuring Ohara’s sacrifice wouldn’t be in vain. As the episode is about to end, the real Vegapunk makes a dramatic entrance.
