Starfield’s shipbuilding continues to impress, with one user recreating Anakin Skywalker’s legendary podracer.

Starfield‘s shipbuilding has been a pleasant surprise, as players have pushed the in-game system to its limits.

Players have created spectacles, such as food-related creations like the satisfying hamburger ship or the Frankfurter hotdog ship. Conversely, there have been a few that have paid homage to various gaming media like Star Fox’s Arwing or the Cabal Harvester from Destiny.

Now, one player used the Force to recreate a ship from Anakin Skywalker’s youth, the legendary podracer.

Fans of Star Wars should have a fond recollection of the podracer. Young Anakin built this during his slave days on Tatooine and used it to win the Boonta Eve Classic.

Redditor knaivey shared their ode to Anakin’s legendary win with a nearly identical recreation of the podracer. Fan reaction was overwhelmingly positive, as many replied with edited quotes from the scene.

“NOW THIS IS SHIP BUILDING” screamed one viewer, while another replied “IT’S WOORRRRKINGGG!!”

Knaivey did mention they used overlapping objects glitches to recreate the podracer in Starfield. It worked in their favor, as the results are stunning.

Starfield’s been out for some time now, and players have only scratched the surface of shipbuilding fantasies. With Bethesda’s plans to support the title for five years, it’s only a matter of time before crazier products come forth.
