How do Pals become Weakened?

Pals become weakened over time while working at your base. Once weakened, these Pals will continue to work loyally for their master, eventually becoming incapacitated, making them much harder to cure.

Pals who are weakened will also work less efficiently than if they were healthy, meaning it’s a good idea to get them patched up as soon as you can.

How to cure Weakened Pals in Palworld

Curing Weakened Pals in Palworld is pretty simple. You’ll need to administer the Weakened Pal with High-Grade Medical Supplies, these can be crafted using a Medieval or Electric Medical Bench.

You’ll need 5 ingots, 5 horns, and 2 bones in order to craft the High-Grade Medical Supplies.

Once you have the supplies, you can feed them to your pal via the menus or physically interacting with them and hitting the Feed option.
