One Piece Episode 1093 will feature the battle between Law and Blackbeard – but the episode has been delayed.

One Piece anime recently began the Egghead arc, and it’s about to feature one of the most shocking fights of the series: a battle between Trafalgar Law and Blackbeard. After defeating Kaido, Luffy and Law go their separate ways.

While Luffy ends up on Egghead, Law encounters the most dangerous and ruthless pirate in the New World. The recent episode features Law and Blackbeard coming face to face, but manga fans know that there’s more to come.

The upcoming episode will feature one of the biggest fights in the New World. However, One Piece Episode 1093 has been delayed since the recent episode doesn’t show a preview. Delve deeper to find out the reason.

Why One Piece Episode 1093 has been delayed

One Piece Episode 1093 spoilers

One Piece Episode 1093 will officially air on February 11. Although there has been no official announcement, the delay is because of the animation studio. Since there’s a recap episode broadcasting next week, it means that there isn’t any other programming lined up for that time slot.

A recap episode centering on Trafalgar Law will be broadcast on February 4. The series often airs recaps every few weeks to stay a little behind the manga. This helps them have enough material to adapt in the long run and avoid fillers altogether. Although One Piece has been airing continuously since 1999, it has way less fillers compared to other long-running series.

Before, the recaps were about Luffy’s adventures from Bartolomeo’s lens. This time, the series will hype up fans with Law’s biggest feats ever since his introduction in the Sabaody Saga and then his alliance with Luffy in Punk Hazard. Law vs Blackbeard is going to be an intense battle between the powerful pirates.

While Blackbeard is one of the most dangerous pirates in the New World, Law has just made a name for himself after the battle in Wano. Trafalgar Law now has a bounty of 3 billion berries, while Blackbeard’s bounty is a little over 3.9 billion.

But is it enough to determine the victor between these two? Heart Pirates is infamous for having rather weaker crew members, but the Blackbeard Pirates are some of the most dangerous criminals in the entire world. Blackbeard has been targeting powerful devil fruit users for two years, so it’s clear he has the upper hand against fans’ beloved Trafalgar Law.
