A newly leaked Marvel Copyright claim has revealed the premise and synopsis for the series Agatha: Darkhold Diaries.

Marvel fans remember where they were when Disney+ released the Marvel mini spin-off series WandaVision.

Following Wanda Maximoff after the events of Avengers: Endgame, the series was an exploration of grief while also giving life to new and interesting characters.

One such character was Agatha Harkness, Wanda’s neighbor, who was revealed to be a witch. She was such a fan favorite that she received her own spin-off show and a new copyright claim has given fans insight into the show’s premiere date and synopsis.

Agatha is ready to reclaim her power and seek revenge

When fans last saw Agatha, Wanda had trapped her into the mind of a normal neighbor in the town of Westview, NJ.

However, thanks to a newly leaked Marvel Studios listing on the U.S. Copyright Office website, it looks like everyone’s favorite dark witch is will be plotting her revenge sooner than fans thought.

”AGATHA’ is set to release in September 19, 2024!,” Twitter user Scarlet Witch Updates wrote, “Synopsis: In the first episode we see Agatha finally break out of a spell she has been trapped in.”

She can’t wait to go back to her old murderous ways only to find that she is powerless. The only way forward for her is to embark on a perilous quest to get her powers back with the help of an unlikely friend or two.”

It’ll be interesting to see how Agatha handles her newfound status of being powerless and how her A-list cast members, including Aubrey Plaza, fit into her coven.

Though Elizabeth Olsen has not been confirmed to return for the series, her character was the one to put Agatha in her powerless state, so only time will tell if these two witches will face off once again.
