Helpful Apex Legends map shows best Deja Loot locations

David Purcell

The System Override event in Apex Legends has changed the loot found in different areas of World’s Edge, and one player has put together a useful map to show all of their findings.

Respawn Entertainment revealed the limited time event on February 27, with it lasting between March 3-17 in-game, and it’s brought a few different things to the popular battle royale game.

This map will help those playing the Deja Loot limited time game mode, and will even help locate some of the new Evo Shields, which were also revealed with the System Override update. Some looting locations are better to visit than others on the limited time mode, so let’s take a look at where things appear.

Looking to find shields easily in Apex Legends? This map should help you grab a few.

Reddit user koz1769 will be the first to admit that not everything is included in their map so far, with a number of comments pointing towards locations that aren’t yet marked on the graphic.

However, there’s certainly been quite a bit of work put into making it and while not complete – which is something they intend on fixing in the near future – it’s pretty easy to see which landing spots are more attractive than others by reading it.

The circle and paths of the dropship change in Deja Loot, but the loot remains the same across World’s Edge, so let’s take a look and see where’s best to land when playing the mode.

Based on the map above, you can see the locations of a number of purple (Epic) items, including shields, knock down shields, helmets and more. It shows the likes of Mirage Voyage and The Epicenter are packed with stuff, but it’s also worth noting that they’re two of the most popular landing spots around – so watch out for enemies.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen players point out locations of items for the Deja Loot mode, though, with another creating a map to show where Evo Shields can be found as well.

Hopefully this map, and others, will be useful for players looking for specific pieces of armor in the battle royale game. The System Override event, as mentioned earlier, ends on March 17 so if you haven’t already, jump in and see what it’s all about.
