Tammy Lynn Sytch opened up about life in prison

Former WWE star Tammy Lynn Sytch, who is best known as Sunny, has opened up about her life in prison, including how other inmates want her underwear to sell on eBay.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Lynn Sytch aka Sunny is currently adjusting to life in prison after she was sentenced to 17 years behind bars at the Lowell Correctional Institution in Florida following a fatal car crash in 2022, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Sytch, 51, was sentenced in November 2023 for the crash in Daytona Beach. She pleaded no contest to several charges, including driving with a suspended license, DUI, DUI with damage to a person, and DUI with damage to property.

At the time of the crash, Sytch was reportedly behind the wheel with a blood alcohol level that was four times the legal limit.

WWE star Sunny claims fellow inmates want to sell her underwear

Despite being in prison, Sytch appeared on the Bird Calls Live podcast where she opened up about her new life behind bars and revealed the things her fellow inmates have done since got locked up.

This includes trying to get her to autograph things like her ID and her underwear to sell on eBay.

“I was still in county [jail] before I got here,” she said.  “One girl asked for my personal ID, for me to sign it, so she could take it home and sell it on eBay and I said ‘no,’ and then another girl, believe it or not, has the balls to ask me for my underwear.”

“She wanted me to sign my underwear, so she could bring them home and sell it on eBay.  I told her that was absolutely not going to happen.”

Sytch debuted in the WWF as Sunny in 1995 before the organization rebranded as the WWE. Her in-ring character famously managed icons such as the Legion of Doom during her three-year run with Vince McMahon’s company.

With the WWF, Sytch became the most downloaded celebrity on AOL, surpassing the likes of Pamela Anderson, Jennifer Aniston, and Mariah Carey.

In 1998, she joined rival promotion Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) as Tammy Lynn Sytch. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.
