The Palworld community is in love with a recent marketing campaign used by Xbox to celebrate the game’s exclusivity with the company.

Palworld coming to Xbox Game Pass was a massive deal for both the game and the subscription service, as the company has gone through its fair share of issues related to exclusives.

To further this, a custom Xbox Series S and controllers based on the game have been announced as part of a sweepstakes.

The Palworld community loves this and appreciates the amount of thought that went into this marketing move.

Palworld fans love custom Xbox Series S and controllers

Once Xbox announced the custom devices, the Palworld subreddit was quick to celebrate its creativity and effectiveness, calling it “S-Tier.”

As one fan says in the thread: “Absolutely genius grabbing onto the hype. Pokémon has always been Nintendo’s baby and this is a chance for the other to have something big like it.”

The most prominent thing that the players are being drawn to are the controllers, each of which features a different Pal.

“I don’t even have Xbox, but that cattiva controller… I NEED.”

While the controllers are popular, the console isn’t getting as warm of a reception due to its design:

“I like the idea, but I find the console design is lazy. They basically just slapped Palworld_Cover.PNG on the Xbox and called it a day,” one user wrote.

Some Palworld fans are even mentioning which Pals they want to see on a controller, with Foxparks and Depresso being popular selections.

Palworld continues to be a big topic for Xbox, even as the company faces many questions about its exclusives and what they mean for the future of the consoles.
