“OP” Warzone shotgun is impossible for PC players to counter

Warzone expert Metaphor has highlighted an “OP” shotgun loadout in Warzone that makes it impossible for keyboard and mouse users to compete with those players using a controller.

Pretty much every weapon type has had its shine in Warzone over the last few years, but shotguns have always been quite problematic. The early days of Verdansk had the explosive Dragon’s Breath ammunition, and, more recently, there has been the Lockwood 300 running the show.

The devs have stepped in whenever the close-quarters weapons get out of hand and need their power reigning back in, but they may have a new issue to contend with.

On January 29, Warzone guru JGOD highlighted the fact that shotguns can have “cleaner ironsights” with the Tac-Stance mechanic in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3, and also increases their mobility, making them even more “OP” than normal.

Best Haymaker loadout for Warzone in Modern Warfare 3

Well, one of Warzone’s most successful solo players – Metaphor – has now outlined a loadout that takes advantage of JGOD’s findings.

“He (JGOD) is right, man. If you shoot somebody on keyboard, they simply cannot fight back. You’re probably going to have different results if you shoot somebody on ‘roller,” the Warzone expert said, calling the shotguns “OP” right now, also noting that they’re “taking over” once again.

Every shotgun benefits from the Tac-Stance creating the better ironsights, but Metaphot opts for the Haymaker with Dragon’s Breath to really create some headaches.

  • Muzzle: Bryson Improved choke
  • Barrel: Imperator long barrel
  • Laser: FTAC Grimline Laser
  • Ammunition: 12 Gauge Dragon’s Breath
  • Stock: No Stock mod

As the YouTuber noted, shotguns have definitely been on the rise again over the last few days, but they’re not as rampant in lobbies as they have been previously.

If you have all the attachments to recreate Metaphor’s loadout, you may as well give it a go because, before long, it’ll probably be nerfed. So, have your fun.
