Horner denies all allegations made against him

Christian Horner will discover his fate at Red Bull before the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend, according to reports.

An independent investigation by an external lawyer began earlier this month after Horner was hit with allegations of misconduct against a female colleague.

The findings of the investigation were handed over to Red Bull in the form of a 150-page dossier on Monday, and its board met on Tuesday to discuss the matter.

Horner has maintained his innocence throughout proceedings and will discover whether he will face action from Red Bull this week.

Horner and the alleger have both continued to work for Red Bull in the build-up to the new season.

Asked by Red Bull earlier this month whether he had considered temporarily stepping aside while the investigation was ongoing, Horner said: “No. It’s business as usual. There obviously is a process.

“Obviously, I fully deny any accusations that have been made against me but of course I’ll work with that process, which I hope is concluded in the near future.”

Horner joined Red Bull as its team principal in 2005 and has overseen six Constructors’ Championship victories as well as seven Drivers’ Championship victories.
