iiTzTimmy defends fan's arm tattoo of his name

Twitch streaming superstar iiTzTimmy has defended a fan’s controversial arm tattoo of his name amid online criticism.

When it comes to the fans of some of the biggest streamers in the world, some can get quite devotional. Be it buying as much merch a creator releases or regularly donating to them.

However, some choose a more permanent way to show their love for their favorite streamers by getting tattoos. But it’s not exactly the most popular.

A fan of Apex streaming star iiTzTimmy got a tattoo of his name on their arm during TwitchCon and was subsequently criticized for it. However, iiTzTimmy has now defended the tattoo.

The fan who got the tattoo explained why she got it, saying, “I didn’t only do this for Timmy but for the memories with my friends.”

She continued, “This is the most fun I’ve had in a long time and one of the happiest moments I’ve had in my life. Yes, a lot of people will say it’s cringe but to be honest I don’t give a f***, it’s my body, and makes me happy so it is what it is.”

Despite the intentions and meaning of the tattoo, many on Twitter still took to criticizing the fan’s decision to tattoo iiTzTimmy’s signature on her arm, with many calling it “sad” and “cringe.”

However, iiTzTimmy went out to defend the fan’s tattoo, saying, “A guy did the same thing a while and got no hate for it.”

“Doesn’t matter what the tattoo is, it’s the memories you made at Twitchcon anyway. F*** what anyone else has to say about it. It’s your body and your life. Do what makes you happy.”

Timmy even went on to have a back-and-forth with a commenter, arguing with them, even saying that if it was any other name on the fan’s arm his opinions wouldn’t change
