However, it hasn’t exactly been plain sailing for star and executive producer Sofia Vergara behind the scenes, with Blanco’s real-life son now suing the team over “private narratives.”

On top of that, a recent appearance of Vergara promoting the show has now gone viral after host Kelly Clarkson interrupted her live on air.

Fans have been left divided after singer-turned-talk show host Kelly Clarkson interrupted Griselda actress Sofia Vergara while appearing on the show.

I feel like they only changed your nose or something?” Vergara responded, “What? Are you crazy?” Clarkson then went on to claim that the changes were “slight,” with Vergara quick to correct her.

“No Kelly, it took hours,” the Griselda actress clapped back, with the host responding, “It probably took time but what I’m saying is that the slight change completely changed your being!”

“It was a wig. Shut up!” replied Vergara, causing the watching viewers to go into meltdown.

Taking to X/Twitter, one person wrote, “@SofiaVergara telling Kelly Clarkson to shut up has made my year.” Meanwhile, numerous outlets have described the interaction as “awkward” and said the pair “clashed.”

However, on YouTube, one fan commented on the YouTube clip: “Ppl complaining about Kelly interrupting, she is literally connecting with Sofía and Sofía even validated the makeup point and that she is glad Kelly felt that way because that was the goal.
