Tiktoker shocked by all you can eat buffet

A customer went to Applebee’s to purchase all-you-can-eat shrimp from the popular dining chain, but what he got was totally unexpected.

In a video that’s gone viral on TikTok, a user named Jacob shared the bizarre meal he was handed at Applebee’s.

Visiting the chain with his friend, he wanted to take advantage of the $15 all-you-can-eat shrimp, wings, and ribs deal.

They eat their first platter, feeling super full and doubting they could tackle another.

However, what Jacob was actually brought was wholly unexpected. Instead of bringing out another large platter full of shrimp for the pals to chow down on, the server instead brought a tiny plate that only had four pieces of shrimp on it.

TikTok weigh in on all-you-can-eat shrimp fiasco

After the video was posted on the platform, people weighed in on the situation, clearly shocked by the tiny plate Jacob was given: “HELP I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE LEFTOVERS,” one exclaimed.

“Had to hold in my laugh as she slowly set it down,” Jacob responded.

Another shared a similar experience they’d had on a recent visit to Applebee’s “I went for this once and got MAYBE 4 plates of like 5 little nuggets and after each plate the waiter asked if I was ready for the check.”

However, some claimed that it wasn’t just Applebee’s that were responsible for giving tiny portions, stating: “Same for Olive Garden endless pasta. I got my second plate ready to chow and it was the size of a child’s meal.”

Another TikToker was surprised in January, as they found something unexpected when opened up their Subway order.
