A new game named Real Royale has been doing the rounds on Twitch recently and popular entertainer Jaryd ‘summit1g’ Lazar already seems to be mastering it.

Released on June 5th for PC players, the early access version of Realm Royale is Hi-Rez’s answer to the current battle royale phenomenon and is a great deal of fun to play.

Already being touted as one of the best alternatives to Fortnite Battle Royale, the Paladins spin-off has already attracted hundreds of thousands of players and is currently one of the most played games on Steam.

A number of popular streaming and gaming personalities, including Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, have also been trying out the new game and it seems to be going down well on all fronts.

One player that can be difficult to impress is summit1g. The veteran streamer is a quick learner but isn’t afraid of speaking his mind when he doesn’t think that a game is up to scratch.

During a recent stream the 31 year old showed that he has already started to master the mechanics by winning an incredibly close 1 vs. 1 which left him and his teammate more than a little bit excited.

After picking up the final kill, summit exclaimed “dude, that was the first game I’ve played on this where my heart was gonna pop out of my chest dude.”

The popular streamer has been playing a fair amount of the game in recent days along with playing in the ESEA Mountain Dew League for CS:GO along with the likes of Sam ‘DaZeD’ Marine.

Perhaps Realm Royale should not be compared to Fortnite at every turn, though. Summit has pointed out that it is significantly different due to the lack of Fortnite’s difficult building mechanics but still requires players to use their abilities properly and counter opponents, making it difficult in other aspects.
