xQc’s strategy for 1v1 Overwatch match hilariously backfires

During the Overwatch Competitive Mode offseason, streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel decided to practice some strategy in a few 1v1 matches and the results didn’t seem to be what he had in mind.

Heading into the center section of Ayutthaya, xQc’s Spidey Senses start tingling “I can hear you, I can hear it, I can hear him.”

He moves to the right side where the map drops off while formulating his plan, and as soon as his opponent is in his sights, the streamer is confident that victory is his.

“It’s over, ggs,” xQc informs the enemy Roadhog as he throws out his hook and connects, pulling his foe towards the edge obviously intending to drop him right off.

Only his enemy doesn’t drop off, in fact, he lands and promptly uses xQc’s own strategy against him. All the streamer can manage is a quick “What the?” before he falls off the map.

xQc will be competing in the Overwatch World Cup with Team Canada at BlizzCon starting on Friday at 2:15 pm PT when Canada goes up against France in the Quarterfinals.

Hopefully xQc and the rest of Team Canada have better luck then the streamer found during this clip.
