Vancouver Overwatch League team announces brand reveal date
The Overwatch LeagueThe new Vancouver Overwatch League team has announced they’ll be revealing their team branding and colors during the Vancouver Canucks game on Saturday, December 1.

Vancouver is the only new Overwatch League team that has managed to keep their logo somewhat under wraps until the official reveal.
Most of the other new teams were revealed in a leak from the official Overwatch League app on November 7, but there was a recent, separate leak that claimed to be the new Vancouver logo.

Revealing the branding during a Canuck’s game makes sense because the new Vancouver Overwatch League team is owned by Aquilini Investment Group, the owner of Canucks Sports & Entertainment, which is the parent group of the Vancouver Canucks.
Since they’re owned by the same company that owns the Canucks, it wouldn’t be a surprise for the Vancouver Overwatch League team to use same shades of blue and green as the hockey team, like the leak, and like the Philadelphia Fusion and the Flyers, who are also both owned by the same company.
There’s a good chance the Vancouver Overwatch League team will feature green and blue, similar to the Canucks.For those that plan on watching and are able to, the announcement will take place during the second intermission of the Canucks v. Dallas Stars game at 2 PM ET on December 1.
For those that aren’t able to tune in, the team will probably put the announcement on their Twitter page shortly after, maybe a few fans will even make it to the game to watch the announcement live as well.
