So far Overwatch streamer Daniel ‘Dafran’ Francesca has denied he’ll be joining the Overwatch League next season, but if he does, Josue ‘Eqo’ Corona of the Philadelphia Fusion thinks he’ll have a tough time living up to fan’s expectations.

Eqo told viewers he thinks Dafran is a really good Overwatch player but “what might hold him down is: he’s a really famous player.”

“People are going to have expectations, kind of like they did with Sinatraa, like everyone expected when Sinatraa came into the OWL he’s going to pop off, he’s going to carry the Shock to victory,” the streamer continued.

“You know, I guess there was some disappointment by people that were supporting him, I think that Dafran is gonna have kind of the same,” Eqo told viewers on Twitch.

But the Fusion player ended by saying he thought Dafran would do fine, “As long as he doesn’t care about it, and he doesn’t I think, he’s gonna be good.”

Dafran has denied all rumors that he’s headed to Overwatch League next season, telling viewers who believed the rumors that they were “fucking dumbasses.”

Still, that hasn’t stopped people from openly speculating about whether or not Dafran will be joining the League and if he does, what team he could potentially be headed for.
