A new skin for Winston has apparently been leaked and it seems to celebrate the London Spitfire's Inaugural Season Quick Play bug fixed in Overwatch following August 13 patch
It would make a lot of sense for the Overwatch League to celebrate the Spitfire with a new skin, but this is still just a leak - so nothing has been confirmed by the League so far.
If the skin turns out to be real, there's a good chance it will be available for 200 OWL tokens, just like to Jjonak Zenyatta skin was.

With the League getting closer and closer to the 2019 Grand Finals in Philadelphia, the Winston skin could be coming to celebrate the event, but that's all just speculation at this point.
Based on the "Zen-Nakji" skin if pilot Winston is real, the skin will probably only be available for a limited time - so Winston mains should start saving those Tokens right away.
