Dafran shows off insane Overwatch Dorado flank with Mei and Symmetra

Overwatch streamer Daniel ‘Dafran’ Francesca showed off a neat trick to surprise the enemy on Dorado that can easily apply to your ranked games.

During a March 17 stream, the former Overwatch League pro was attacking on Dorado and coordinated a big play with his team.

After the payload got across the first corner, Francesca took charge of the situation and instructed his squad to group up.

Blizzard Entertainment
Dorado’s roofs can be quite handy.

“Come here! Come here!” he cried as the payload reached the first choke. After getting his team to heal up, he directed his Symmetra, “Are you ready? Make a TP [teleporter] on top of this.”

The Danish DPS prodigy then used Mei’s Ice Wall ability on the top of a roof and his Symmetra teammate followed up, putting the Teleporter on top of it.

“Take TP! Take TP!” he exclaimed as the team slid off the roof and right into the enemy’s backline, completely reversing their attack.

The flank maneuver seemed to be working out pretty well at first, with Dafran’s Wrecking Ball teammate using Pile Driver while he started to freeze the opposition.

Despite eventually going up four on two, the enemy DPS players were able to frag out and win the encounter by the skin of their teeth.

“Oh no!” the disappointed Dafran sighed after being eliminated.

Overwatch League
Dafran played one season in the Overwatch League.

Regardless, even though the play failed, it was still extremely winnable, as one more kill could have changed the outcome. “It kinda worked, I guess,” the Orisa player stated.

Due to the respawns for the defenders being farther away, a quick regroup would still give the former pro’s team a bit of an advantage going into the next fight.

This isn’t the only crazy Mei shenanigans possible on Dorado’s roofs: Famously, in Apex Season 2 in Korea, Meta Athena used a very unique wall to take a super long flank on point A coming in behind Lunatic-Hai.

Of course, this was during a time when Symmetra didn’t have the same Teleporter ability, so the play Dafran used wouldn’t have been possible – but it’s cool to see how the game has evolved over the years.

Next time you’re on Dorado, try to coordinate a similar play with your team. It could end up winning you a major team fight.

It’s no secret that TikTok star Charli D’Amelio has a dedicated fanbase, but some supporters began accusing another TikToker of copying her hairstyle — and the Queen was not happy about these allegations.

Charli D’Amelio is the most-followed content creator on TikTok, having reached a whopping 90 million followers since rising to the top of the platform in March.

Boasting her own drink at Dunkin’ Donuts, her own makeup collection with Morphe and her own line of Hollister hoodies, the youngest D’Amelio sister has amassed quite the empire in a short time — as well as a seriously intense fanbase.

While hopping on popular trends is quite the norm these days, some viewers have accused innocent TikTokers of copying Charli, even alleging that older sister Dixie had “copied” her nose surgery.

This behavior hasn’t stopped, it seems, as other fans claimed that TikToker Madi Monroe had copied Charli’s hairstyle after dying her blonde hair with streaks of rose gold (or pink, depending on how you look at it).

Charli dyed her own black hair a shade of purple underneath, and while it could be true that other influencers have taken inspiration from her new ‘do, the TikTok Queen wasn’t too pleased with those piling on Monroe for her fashion choices.

In fact, Charli claimed that other names like Avani Gregg and Hayley had kickstarted the trend by dying their hair before she’d even made the decision to go purple, as told in a pointed response to the online outrage.

Charli D'Amelio decries users accusing Madi Monroe of copying her hairstyle.

“Hayley and Avani dyed their hair like this before me,” she explained in a TikTok comment. “I did not start this trend. Also, who cares? Madi looks amazing as per usual and she is rocking the pink hair.”

Madi followed up Charli’s comment with a statement of her own, showing tons of love to the purple-haired TikTok guru.

Madi Monroe shows some love to Charli D'Amelio in a comment.

“Why is this even tea?” she said of the issue. “Hell yeah, Char rocks this hairstyle. That comment wasn’t supposed to be rude but NGL I’D LOVE TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE CHARLI SHE’S THE BADDEST!”

It looks like there’s no bad blood between these two influencers, who have had enough of the made-up drama surrounding their hairstyle choices.
