SK’s Taco Tells Incredible Story at CS_Summit Event

The Summit event style is a very unique concept in the esports world, placing an emphasis on everything being a bit casual.

With competitive gaming reaching the level where it’s regularly selling out stadiums and arenas, the more occasional informal approach has been welcomed.

Based in a house in Los Angeles, the teams play out of different rooms throughout the building, including the casters being placed in a lounge near the kitchen and no fitted suits or blazers in sight.

The CS:GO version of the tournament is currently taking place across the weekend of April 20th to 23rd, and despite its casual nature, still has some of the best teams in the world competing for $150,000.

With four people casting a match at any one time, the setup allows for various guests to cameo. Whilst watching Team Liquid vs Ninjas in Pyjamas, pro player Epitácio ‘TACO’ de Melo from SK Gaming told an incredible story about giving up a map against Virtus Pro.
